A lot is happening at Deutsche Glasfaser in September. There are two great promotions for customers in the construction and post-marketing phase and your business customers will also benefit!

Construction marketing phase

Deutsche Glasfaser divides the fibre optic marketing process into different marketing phases, depending on the progress of the expansion. You can check the Deutsche Glasfaser partner portal at any time to see which phase your customer’s address is currently in.

Customers living in current construction marketing areas pay just €14.99/month for their tariff from 01-30 September 2024 for the entire first year. 

Thanks to the Deutsche Glasfaser optic switch guarantee, it is also possible to contact customer support during the first 12 months after technical activation and (if desired) have a downgrade deposited. This means that your customers can use the DG giga tariff with up to 1000 Mbit/s at a preferential price for a year, for example, and then safely downgrade to the previously set tariff on the 13th month.

Post-marketing phase

If your customer lives in a remarketing area, they will only pay €0/month for the DG giga in the first year from 02 to 30 September 2024. 

The DG customer recovery campaign (WIN Back) is also valid until September 30, 2024. Your customer already has fiber optics from another provider and would like to use the advantages of German fiberglass again? He then receives a switching bonus of €50, which is deposited as starting credit. Whether the campaign is effective for your customer will be shown to you in the PartnerPortal. All you have to do is enter the voucher code “SPAREN50” and your customer will receive an additional €50 starting credit in addition to the standard offer (14.99 per month in the first year). The bonus does not result in a commission deduction for you.

Business campaign

From September 1st to 30th, 2024, your business customers save the basic professional price for 6 months.
